Eve Taylor (London) Ltd is an innovative creator of aromatherapy skin and body care products,
including oils, creams, serums, gels and more – their global customer base includes
thriving markets in Singapore, Manilla, USA, Korea and Australia.
The Challenge
In 2005, the company began to develop their own range of professional and retail skin and body care, to complement the established range of aromatherapy oils. They needed a new filler which could handle the complete product range, including oils, serums, liquids and creams.
The Solution
Eve Taylor now utilise three Response Benchtop Fillers, described by Director Chris Taylor as:

Thanks to three standard sizes of honed pump sets, fill volumes can range from 10ml to 1 litre in a single shot. Eve Taylor’s production team can swiftly switch from filling 10ml glass bottles of oils, up to 200ml toner tubes, as required.

Exceptional filling accuracy of ± 0.25% means that very little product is wasted during the filling process.

Unsurpassed hygiene levels
Critically for personal care products, all parts which come into contact with Eve Taylor’s skincare products on the Response Benchtop Filler are manufactured in 316L pharmaceutical grade stainless steel, PTFE and Viton. Curved and sloping surfaces meet GMP requirements. Clean, lubricant-free pneumatics and sanitary tri-clamp hopper connections prevent unhygienic build-up of residue.
