Retaining all the core capabilities of the proven Mastercap machine, the Powercap is a cost-effective, smaller machine which can be delivered in significantly shorter lead times.

This opens up the benefits of capping automation to a wider audience, including those with space-restricted sites who may previously have struggled to find suitable solutions.

 

Containers: 500ml to 25L

Cap Range: 20mm to 80mm

Advanced Functionality for Modern Manufacturing

Your containers are measured using our 3D scanning technology, and the corresponding machine parts are directly printed from the digital files, to ensure 100% tooling accuracy.

Machine change parts are also 3D printed, enabling shorter lead times for delivery to you – our best endeavor is turning around change parts in 3 working days.

Since these are made in-house, this also greatly reduces the carbon footprint of the components, to support both our sustainability goals and your own.

• “No cap” detector with warning lamp. On detection of uncapped container, no further containers will leave the capper and conveyor will stop to allow easy removal
• Magnetic hysteresis adjustable screw capping clutch to provide accurate and consistent torque control
• Inline twin gating system, to reduce splashing, bottle compression and damage, enabling smoother container handling
• Container handling parameters easily settable and repeatable using indexed locations and mechanical position indicators for easy set up
• Quick strip and tool-less changeover; complete changeover in circa 5 minutes.
