We’re Hiring: We have a brand new and exciting role available within our friendly, dynamic team. We are looking for an International Sales Manager to cover two companies within the Adelphi Group; Adelphi Manufacturing and Pharma Hygiene Products.

An International Sales Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing a company’s sales activities on a global scale. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the organization’s market share and increase revenue in international markets. International Sales Managers work closely with sales teams, distributors, and partners in different countries, coordinating efforts to meet sales targets and objectives. Their responsibilities often include market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners across borders. This role requires a deep understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and global business practices. Effective communication, strategic thinking, and a strong grasp of the products or services being offered are essential qualities for International Sales Managers. Additionally, they may be involved in managing logistics, export regulations, and ensuring compliance with international trade laws.

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to design, establish and implement a sales plan to attract new customers, in particular for the overseas market. The successful candidate will be expected to have the commercial acumen to scope out new markets, maximise revenue and build a solid pipeline.
