We’re Now Hiring: Adelphi are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales/Business Development Executive based at our Haywards Heath site. The primary responsibilities of the role include following up on sales quotations via phone, building relationships with our customers and generating new business.

A Business Development Executive is a professional responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities for a company. This role typically involves identifying and pursuing new business prospects, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the development and execution of business strategies. Business Development Executives often work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to identify market trends, assess customer needs, and develop strategies to meet revenue targets. They may engage in activities such as market research, lead generation, and proposal development. Additionally, Business Development Executives may participate in negotiations, create partnerships, and explore avenues for product or service expansion. Effective communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities are crucial skills for professionals in this role.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in an office environment, and be confident selling over the phone to both warm and cold leads.

Full time role but those looking for part time hours will also be considered.
