Adelphi Process Equipment assist pharmaceutical manufacturer with a small bespoke vessel 
Our Engineering Department are often involved in developing large process vessels based on the requests we receive from our customers. The last of these was a large 2,500L tank which was ordered by a UK manufacturer of natural health products, the second vessel of this size taken by this particular customer. But our expertise do not just cover large tanks, but also smaller, specialised requirements.
This modest 6L mixing and storage vessel on wheels has been completely designed and fabricated in-house, and will shortly be shipped out to our customer, a global multi site pharmaceutical manufacturer. The purpose of this pharmaceutical grade stainless steel vessel is to store a small production of a pharmaceutical drug, which can only be kept for a maximum of three hours following manufacture, before it has to be filled. The product also has to be kept in motion before filling, so a lid mounted mixer has been added.
