Even more flexibility on offer from twin head conversion

As with the original Response benchtop filler, Adelphi have responded to customer feedback and launched a twin head version that brings even greater flexibility.

Since its launch in 2002 Adelphi’s Single Head Response volumetric filler for liquids, creams, and pastes has been a runaway success and has sold almost 500 units to date. Designed to eliminate the chances of cross contamination, using 316 grade stainless steel where required, and to have a very quick and easy stripdown procedure, the Response has found favour with industry leaders ranging from chutney producers to high end cosmetics manufacturers.

The addition of the Twin Head version means that the Response range is now even more flexible and scaleable than ever. A single semi-automatic benchtop Response can fill containers ranging from 3ml to 1 litre in size, run at speeds of up to 70 fills per minute, and can even fill two different products simultaneously (given the right conditions). When your production demands increase then simply buy more Responses and Adelphi can combine them to give you a fully automatic filling line.
